    • We offer FREE Standard Delivery (2 to 4 days) on all orders over £100 in UK Mainland.

      All UK orders are sent via tracked post or courier services.

      For orders below £100 these are the charges.

      🚚 Standard Delivery Service:   2-4 working days via Evri or Royal Mail.
            Charge in checkout:  £3.95

      🚛 Next Day Delivery UK: Order by 11am Mon to Thursday.
            Charge in checkout:  £7.50

      🚛 Saturday Delivery UK: Order by 11am Friday.
            Charge in checkout:  £13

      🧥 Toscana Sheepskin Orders:  Allow up to 7 days for our workshop to complete the tailoring. Once ready they are despatched by Next Day delivery.  

      All our standard UK deliveries are tracked and a signature is normally required. Alternatively, the parcel may be left in a safe place and a card will be left detailing the location.

      Bank Holidays (UK): Please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery to any destination.

      We do not offer delivery services to PO Boxes.

    • AS AT JANUARY 2023

      Due to high demand and major delays in our courier networks and at UK ports, we are advising significant delays for all EU and International orders. We cannot currently offer any estimated delivery dates at this time. You can track your order via your account where our couriers will be able to provide the most up to date tracking information.

      All parcels are shipped directly from the UK, therefore some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes.

      Since the 1st January 2021, if your parcel is being delivered to any EU country, it may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

      Our carrier will contact you once your parcel has shipped from our warehouse and before delivery, in order for you to pay these additional fees directly to the carrier.

      Orders with multiple items may be dispatched in separate parcels. You will only be charged one delivery fee; however, duties and taxes are charged upon delivery of each item.

      Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us.

      Please speak to your local Customs Office if you have any queries regarding this.

    How long will it take?

    Normally we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

    Due to the nature of our business (we sell at many Fairs and events especially in the Summer and November) our stock levels can be unpredictable at peak times of year when demand is high and it may take one to two weeks to dispatch your goods.  Of course you will be notified if this is the case.
